Chili Lime Jicama

Serves 4-8

Ingredients

1 medium bulb of jicama

1 lime, juiced

1-2 tsp. chili powder or Tajin seasoning

  1. Peel jicama and cut into French fry-sized sticks. Combine with lime juice and chili powder in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Serve as finger food.
