Come join me as I guide you through an epic and healthy Mexican meal, blending traditional Baja cuisine with a touch of modern Californian flare, using high quality local ingredients. 

You'll work with some of my favorite "secret ingredients" and learn how to take strategic shortcuts for faster and healthier gourmet meals at home.
