Heart Shaped Ricotta Gnocchi with Sage Brown Butter Sauce Cooking Class

In this hands on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make fresh Ricotta cheese and a pillowy soft Ricotta gnocchi from scratch, along with a rich brown butter sage sauce to go with it!

First you’ll make your own fresh Ricotta cheese, that you’ll get to enjoy with a slice of bread and a drizzle of honey.

Then you’ll learn how to transform your homemade Ricotta into a delicious gnocchi with a Sage Brown Butter Sauce to cap off the experience.

All skill levels are welcome. Everything from the aprons to the cooking equipment is provided for you, so all you have to do is show up, have fun, and prepare to eat some delicious food
