Mustard Glazed Grilled Cabbage

In my opinion, cabbage get's an unfairly bad wrap. But honestly, I love cabbage! Not only is it delicious (especially when grilled), but it's super cheap, and keeps in the fridge for weeks. What's not to love?!

Grilled and glazed with a sweet and tangy sauce, this "salad" is a smokey and charred wedge of pure heaven! Kissed with a handful of sharp blue cheese and crunchy of walnut, this "salad" is down right sexy. Prepare to rethink the way you look at cabbage.
