Copycat Jamba Juice Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla non-dairy yogurt

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup sliced bananas

1/2 cup apple juice

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup ice

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed to get to desired consistency if too thick.
