3-Ingredient Black Bean Soup

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 (15.5 oz) cans black beans

1 cup of vegetable broth

1 (15 oz.) can fire roasted diced tomatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove from stove and blend using an immersion blender or a traditional blender.
