Mango Coconut Banana "Ice Cream"
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
2 bananas, frozen*
1 large red mango, peeled, sliced, and cored
1 can coconut milk
Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree to desired consistency. Eat immediately, or freeze for an hour or two for a firmer texture. Top with toasted coconut.
