Blueberry Chia Yogurt Popsicles

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

2 ½ cups blueberries

2 cups whole-milk yogurt

3 tbsp chia seeds

½ cup water

  1. Mash or puree blueberries with water. Add chia seeds, and let sit for at least 10 minutes so the chia absorbs the water.

  2. Scoop alternating spoonfuls of the blueberry chia mixture and yogurt into popsicle molds to get a marbled appearance. Freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen.
