Why I Buddha
I like to use a “Buddha Bowl” as my weekly lunch.
I’ll roast a bunch of veggies and cook a pot of beans on Sunday, and then throw together a bowl everyday for lunch.
I never stress about what to make for lunch. I just use the “Buddha Bowl” as a framework every week, changing things up whenever I get bored, depending on what’s in season and what I have in the fridge.
My clients tell me all the time that my specialty is great sauces, and that’s because a great sauce is the simplest and fastest way to make a bowl of healthy plants into something decadent and delicious!
